What time is trash picked up?
Please have your trash and/or recycling out no later than 7 am on your service day.
How often is recycling picked up?
Recycling is picked up every other week in all areas except for the Prairiestar subdivision, which receives every week recycling pickup. There is a recycling schedule available for download on the Services page.
Are recycling and trash picked up together?
Recycling and trash pickup are picked up at separate times by separate trucks.
Do I need to separate recycling?
Recycling is single-stream, so no need to separate. On the Services page you will find a list of acceptable and unacceptable items for recycling.
Will I be charged for extra trash?
If you are going to have more than three bags of extra trash, an extra charge of $1 per bag will be assessed. This applies to household trash and bags of leaves. Bags of grass clippings will be $2 per bag.
Will you pick up tree branches?
Yes, however tree branches must be put in 3 ft bundles. The charge is $3 per bundle.
Will you pick up furniture?
There will be an extra charge to dispose of large furniture, mattresses, tiles, and other large items. Contact our office to schedule pickup of these items.
What items will you not pick up?
Things we cannot take: electronics, dirt, concrete, rock/stone, batteries, hazardous chemicals including anything containing paint or Freon, tires, construction material, or deceased animals.
How often will I be billed?
We bill on a quarterly basis.
How can I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill by check or over the phone with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We also have an automatic payment program. Contact our office for details.
Will I be charged a late fee?
A $10 late fee will be assessed if you fail to pay your bill within one week of the due date.
What if my check bounces?
A $10 fee will be assessed for any checks that are returned to us by our bank.
I am moving soon, can my payment be prorated?
If you are going to be moving, please inform us of that before you pay for the full quarter of service, so we can prorate accordingly for the amount of time you will be receiving service. It is our company policy that we do not issue refunds if you paid for a full quarter of service before informing us that you will be moving during that quarter.
What holidays do you observe?
2020 Company Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on a holiday, service will be resumed the following day.
